Overview
Paradigm Shift IT Consulting was first established in 1999 out of Sydney, Australia to provide IT support and services within the Australian and Pacific region. Through the firm's successes and rapid growth, Paradigm Shift expanded operations to cover the full Asia-Pacific region, from East Asia to the Indian sub-continent and the Middle East. The firm's focus remains in providing IT solutions specifically suited to the wellness & leisure industry.

The management team at Paradigm Shift has over 40 years consulting, implementing and supporting leisure management solutions around the world. The systems they have implemented range from modest facilities in emerging markets like Vietnam, to highly recognized 5-star properties in Japan, Guam, Thailand, Australia, Fiji, etc.

The technical team at Paradigm Shift is young, dynamic and enthusiastic with substantial experience in the Spa and Leisure Industry. Their vast knowledge and thorough understanding of hospitality & leisure operations has allowed Paradigm Shift to create strong specifications our Wellness & Leisure suite of solutions.

Paradigm Shift's spa & leisure systems are truly global in design, yet fulfill local requirements with technical development and support teams based in Asia . From initial design, Paradigm Shift's systems are multi-national and multi-lingual, allowing for both single-byte western and double-byte Asian languages (Japanese, Simplified Chinese, Traditional Chinese, etc).
